W Export, what is it ?
The W Export allows for a maximum circulation of 4 months in Metropolitan France. This regime is open to individuals with a residence outside of France or in an Overseas Department or Territory. Companies can also benefit from it if they meet the same conditions.
It is possible to register a vehicle under W Export if the owner is transferred or relocates their residence outside of Metropolitan France.

- Copy of the passport or identity card, valid, of the Manager mentioned on the K.BIS or the statutes
- Copy of an extract from the K.BIS or the trade register of the company less than two years old (accompanied by its official translation if necessary)
- Original VAT-exempt purchase invoice mentioning the name and address of the company in the EU and the annotation "VAT Exemption Article 262-ter 1 of the CGI"
- Original Mines Report, stamped and signed by the dealer
